When you think, feel, and express negative things about other people over and over again, expect to experience some form of negativity within your life in relation. The only way those expressions become true in another person's life is through their acceptance that it is true. Example: if you call someone stupid with strong feelings towards that statement, pay close attention to the rest of your day, you will find yourself making stupid mistakes and wandering why you did those things......when you know better.

One of the fastest ways to increase the Flow into your life is to raise your energy to have more life force and more power. But how do you go about raising your energy?

In the graph below 0% represents no energy and 100% represents maximum energy.

If someone is at 0% energy, then they are dead. Unfortunately, many people are living just above 0% energy.

At the other end of the graph, 100% represents the highest positive energy available. As you move up the scale, you will have more of the good things in life because you are vibrating and evolving at a higher level.

The higher up you move on the scale, the more easily you will be able to deliberately manifest your desires. All you have to do is think a thought, attach emotion to that thought and then it manifests rapidly because your life force is flowing freely and is notblocked.

Your energy level not only attracts money into your life, it attracts everything else, including other people. If you have a very dense or low level of energy, you are going to manifest that same energy you are projecting. In other words, you will attract people and relationships into your life that have the same low level, dense energy.

What most people really want in their life is energy without even being aware of it.

Stop right here and think about this because it is a key point to opening the flow of money into your life. When you fully understand this you will see the whole world differently. We can sum it up this way - if you raise your energy level, you will raise your income. It is that simple.

I am sure you have read and heard a lot about potential, but there
is a major difference between our potential and our capacity. The
major difference is that potential is based on the future. When
someone has the potential to do something, it is about becoming
something other than who they are in the present moment.

Capacity is based on the present moment. Your capacity already
exists. Capacity is defined by doing what you can do today - in
this moment.

At one time I thought I could help everyone. I wanted to spread my
message everywhere so that people could be free of their
limitations, but then I realize something that changed my whole
approach. I finally realized this wasn't realistic or even
possible. But what I COULD do was make a difference to those
people, such as yourself, who come into my path. Although I have
the POTENTIAL to help many people, I only have the CAPACITY to help those who want my help in this moment.

So for now, forget about your potential and focus on your capacity
in this moment. Do what you can do right now. Even the smallest
step will bring you closer to your desire. Don't wait. Take that
small step NOW! Do it TODAY!

The #1 Key to Living a Successful and Rewarding Life

Someone asked me recently that if I could teach my readers only one thing about how to live a successful and rewarding life, what exactly would that be? I have to admit that, at the time, I was caught a little off-guard, but as I began to ponder this question, I started to relate it back to my own children. If I could transfer (and make stick) just one tiny snippet of wisdom, one that they could fully grasp and one that would have the most profound impact on their futures, exactly what would I choose?

The more I thought about it, the more obvious the answer became. Regardless of what we dream of accomplishing in life, be it wanting to achieve perfect health, unlimited wealth or attracting the perfect mate, the key to achieving any of our heart’s desires is in fully comprehending the meaning behind this one simple statement:

“Make it a habit to feel great!”

Now, I realize that, to many of you, this may sound like a gross oversimplification of reality, but if you truly understand the concept behind this statement, you should soon come to realize just how valuable this piece of advice is.

Whether you like it or not and whether you believe it or not, the Laws of the Universe ensure that you attract what you think about into your life. It makes no difference to the Universe whether you actually want what you think about or not, the mere thoughts alone will attract them into your experience and the intensity of your emotions will help to determine the speed at which they are brought about.

You can try to deny the reality of these statements all you like, but doing so will not disprove any of these Laws. It will only serve to hinder your ability to master them. If you still have a hard time accepting these truths, the proof is readily available. All it takes is a little bit of research. Quantum physicists and other scientists are increasingly supporting and verifying their validity. These Laws are real and they are constantly in effect, 24 hours a day.

Now, suppose you’re talking to a friend who staunchly denies the existence of these Laws. It is important to then simply ask yourself just how happy this person is. Chances are great, that if he’s constantly disputing the Laws, he’s a lot less likely to be applying them successfully himself and hence not living anywhere near as fulfilling a life as he could be, but don’t make the mistake of letting him keep you from living a fulfilling life of your own.

This is why is it so absolutely crucial that you learn to take control of your thoughts and focus on things that are pleasing to you, that is, things that you want to attract into your life. Also, it is equally important that you focus on having an abundance of these things (evoking positive emotion) as opposed to focusing on the lack of these things (which would evoke negative emotion).

You can use your emotions as your guide. If you are in a positive state of mind, just know that you are currently attracting what you desire, but if you find yourself in a negative state of mind, then you can be assured you are attracting things that you do not want. This is why it is so vital to remain in control of your emotions and ensure that you feel great as often as is humanly possible.

Most people are convinced that their emotions are dependent on the people and the environment around them, but nothing could be further from the truth. You always have the ability to choose how you react to external stimuli. Your subconscious may offer up various automatic emotions in reaction to the world around you, but you ultimately, and without exception, have the ability to choose a better, more beneficial emotion, in any situation. I’m not saying it is always easy to do so, at times it can be incredibly difficult, but I cannot stress enough, just how important this is. If you’re unable to see the bright side of a particular situation, then simply acknowledge your feeling and then change your focus to a more pleasant experience.

The good news is that the more you practise this, the easier it becomes. By keeping tabs on your emotions and constantly working to improve your state of mind, you will become more and more adept at maintaining a positive frame of mind, resulting in an upward spiral towards ultimate bliss and the fulfillment of your desires.

So, do more of what you love, appreciate what you already have and be grateful in advance for the wonderful life that lies ahead of you. Sit down and write out everything you want in life and focus on the things that are most important to you. Then, imagine you’ve already acquired or achieved these things, several times a day if at all possible. Your subconscious mind cannot differentiate that which is experienced versus that which is imagined. So, by bombarding your subconscious with positive images/experiences, you will gradually attract more and more of the things you love and less and less of the things you don’t. You are in complete control of your destiny…and now you hold the key.

“So, make it a habit to feel great!”

That is what I would tell my readers. That is what I do tell my children and that is what I would be happy to tell anyone else who cares to listen.

Deconstructing Reality!

We are creating our reality moment by moment. What seems so solid and real in front of you is actually an illusion. It feels as real as you make it.

One perspective is that you're creating pictures from the moment you're born (and receiving them as well). Your aura is a gallery of pictures that you view the world through and the world sees you through (projection). Deenergize your pictures and you change your world.

Another perspective is that we exist within a morphic field (or morphic fields) of energy, and we encounter waves of specific fields as we move through life. It's a bit more three dimensional than the 'pictures' version.

There's great accuracy with both these perspectives, but also distortion. With the 'Pictures' viewpoint, there's the belief that others are projecting pictures at you as well. With the 'Morphic Field' viewpoint, there's the concept that these waves are pre-existing, created by the Collective Conscious which you're supposed to be a part of but feels like something outside of you.

There's also the perspective that this is a full-immersion Game, rather like Second Life on line, only with virtual reality headgear. Even then you believe that it was created by some Cosmic Programmer, who is other than you. In actuality, it's a Hologram, like the holodeck on Star Trek The Next Generation. You've forgotten that you're the one who's programmed the computer. (You've forgotten that you're the Computer, as well)!

When you believe that reality is created by something outside of you, then ideas such as 'change your pictures, change your life' become nullified. No matter what you do to manifest, there's this subconscious sabotage going on, to reaffirm that you're actually powerless and there's nothing you can really to change things.

What often happens is that you go into a great deal of effort and struggle to change, fix or improve the hologram, which just makes things feel more stuck.

So, the Truth is that it's Your creation. You are an Infinite Being - You *are* Cosmic Consciousness, and you've created this illusion to have fun experiencing the opposite of who You are. One Opposite is the illusion that you're small and powerless, and an individual separate from all the other billions on the planet.

In actuality, You created all of this, and all of this is You. You're perceiving it from physical form, because that's the perfect vehicle for this Human Game ride. It's limited - only lives a lifespan, is dense, can't fly, has all sorts of feelings, and has a personality (a mind of it's own).

You have so much fun experiencing the story line of this Body/Personality vehicle, even (or maybe especially) the struggles and pain and hardship!

When you begin to wake up to this awareness, your first task is to deconstruct reality. That is, de-energize the pictures or dissolve the morphic fields. Every thing that occurs from that waking up moment is an opportunity to clear the distortions. And as you do this, you start to experience the Joyfulness that is really You.

What I notice when I put my attention on this, whether through dissolving pictures or reclaiming power or any number of techniques in my spiritual toolkit, is that my external world looks different. The colors are brighter, everything feels clearer. It sometimes feels like I'm walking through a movie set, which doesn't make it less real, just different. My body feels more solid, but not necessarily more dense.

Also, things start happening in my reality - odd synchronicities, interesting people showing up or opportunities to create new storylines. I Am creating validation for my energy work. I Am affirming that this isn't real, but a fun sensory illusion.

My original belief was that we're all here to Create our Reality, by which I meant consciously manifest our desires. That was a body/personality perspective. It keeps wanting to drive the bus.

However in Spiritual/Energy Reality the opposite is always True. Body uses effort to make things happen, Spirit/Energy uses no effort (which is why things show up when you stop trying to make them happen). So the real way to create your reality is to destroy your pictures/distortions!

If that's all you do is de-energize pictures or reclaim power, that's enough. Because amazing things start happening when you do. Your body/personality fears that you'll lose everything if you do that, but again the opposite is true. In letting go of the illusion, you gain the whole world.

Try this for the next 7 days. Whenever it occurs to you, use an energy technique you know to de-energize pictures, or drop down the illusion. Even Byron Katie's "The Work" is a great way to dissolve limiting beliefs. Let go of trying to make things happen, let go of daily affirmations, etc.

You can attract what you want faster, if you don't NEED it! I went out shopping the day before Valentines and found a few things for my wife (nothing big because finances were a little low) to make her happy. I could care less about what she would or would not do for me this year, I just wanted her to be happy in my spirit of giving. Well, the night before Valentines day my wife scratched off a lottery ticket and won $100.00, she looked at me, threw the ticket my way, and stated happy Valentines Day! I didn't believe her at first, but she repeated it and stated that she was serious........wow! I accepted with an attitude of gratitude and received more than expected, and this is how the universe works, which is contrary to what we are brought up to believe. All you need is an intention towards what you would like without the attachment, and move on every feeling you have immediately, which will lead you to your desired outcome. I was in the spirit of giving to my wife, would love to have given more, but had to watch the old pocket-book. I had a desire to have more, so that I could give more ( intention) but was not attached to my intention. I just did what was within my means and didn't think about the negatives, which brought about the manifestation of my intention through her, without expectation.......WOW!

Instant Manifestation

The way you think is what you create in your inner world. The way you talk and act is what you express in your outer world. If you want to be fully wealthy, you must be fully congruent in your thoughts, speech and actions. Half congruence results in half wealth. Poor people communicate lack in every way while rich people communicate abundance in every way.

The elements in your environment affect your consciousness. Everything that you see around you will subconsciously impress upon you the idea of poverty or wealth. The more broken and dilapidated stuff you hold without replacing, the more you will feel lack. When you keep signs of abundance in your environment, your subconscious mind will be constantly impressed with the idea of supply and abundance. By causing yourself to feel abundance, you will perpetuate the conditions of abundance in your reality.

The subconscious impression of abundance creates conditions of abundance. Seeing abundance in one area creates a mental shift and allows you to start seeing and feeling more abundance in your life. Whatever area in your life you have right now that makes you feel rich and powerful, create more of that. Use that area to affect other areas. The key is to get more references of abundance for you to be conscious of so as to impress upon your subconscious mind as much as possible the reality of abundance.

Your actions either create subconscious impressions of wealth or poverty. By choosing to buy the best and quality products for yourself, you are saying that you are worth it, that you are the best. Your subconscious mind will pick up these impressions from your actions and create conditions in your life that resonate with that state of mind. What do the above power affirmations have in common?

1) They're stated in the present tense.

An affirmation is more effective when stated in the present
tense. For example; "I now have a wonderful job." Avoid affirming
something in the future tense, e.g. "I am going to have a
wonderful job" or the results will always be waiting to happen.

2) They express a positive statement.

Affirmations need to be stated in the most positive terms
possible. Avoid negative statements. Affirm what you do want,
rather than what you don't want. For example: "I am no longer
sick." This is a negative statement. Instead, affirm: "I am now
perfectly healthy in body, mind and spirit." This statement is
much more powerful as it is positive and reinforces your desired
goal and doesn't confuse your subconscious mind with the mention
of the undesirable condition.

Feeling gratitude for something attracts more of it. It is the nature of consciousness to attract towards that which offers it love. Everything in the universe is made up of consciousness. When you are grateful for something, you are loving it. To be grateful for is to appreciate. Love is appreciation. Love is attraction. The law of attraction is really the law of love. Therefore to attract more of those things you desire, you simply have to focus your consciousness of love towards them. Value and appreciate them.

will never get rich. Richness is not

how much rich mindset you have.

The rich mindset is what attracts the money
and keeps the money for you. A person with a
poor mindset may get some money temporarily,
but they don't have the ability to keep the
money.

If you want to be rich, develop a rich
mindset. And the one critical and most
important part of a rich mindset is to
provide more and better service to others!

Being In The Flow

The first indication that your resistances are being released and the flow is being unblocked is that you feel some relief. That is why in the process of manifesting, you should not put too much conscious attention on your goals all the time. This would create a certain amount of stress and attachment. You should detach and put it out of conscious mind. This brings a feeling of relief which is the release.

Not resisting something doesn't mean you accept it. It means you do not fear it. Fear is resistance. When you accept nothing less than the best without fearing anything less, you often get it. The way not to fear is to let go of your expectations. Holding on to your expectation creates fear that they may not happen. Once you let go of the need to care about whether they happen or not, you are free from fear. The opposite of fear is love. When you have no fear, you're free to experience the love and joy of life.

The Power Of Intention!

Hi guy's, I hope you had as great a weekend as I did! My weekend was full of manifested intention, after detachment. Let me explain.......me and my spouse attended the football game this past Saturday, August 16th, and my intention was set to drop by a tail-gate that the fellas were having before the game. My spouse's intention was set on going straight to the game and parking close enough so that she wouldn't have to walk that far. The fellas gave me directions that appeared to be off the beaten path of where my spouse wanted to park, so I just let the idea go of seeing them first or at all, (which was fine with my spouse because she didn't want to be around just the guys anyway) and continued the search for the nearest parking to the Dome. I finally found a parking location that was a suitable walking distance for my spouse, parked the car, and upon exiting the vehicle, a loud voice called out.......it was the fellas at the tail-gate right across from where we were parked! Now, let's take a look at how this all manifested, I had an intention, my spouse had an intention, and as soon as I detached from my intention, the manifestation occurred through the Universe. I detached from my intention, and remained in the energy that was flowing when I intended, which is what caused the manifestation.........WOW!

In my research into the truth of the ancients, I've found that it is stated that hope is to outer life what faith is to inner: a grasping at belief not truly believing, having your hand out, begging or arrogantly expecting. These attitudes come from the ego, and they prevent the universe or God (if you will) from being able to give it's gifts freely. There is nothing to hope for if everything already is, you just have to come into resonance with what it is you wish to manifest, BE IT FIRST!

Do you ever wonder why the same things keep happening to you, good or bad? It's because you keep reacting to those circumstances, which would give them the energy to repeat themselves. When you have a bad circumstance that continues to arise, react differently to it, or don't react at all and it will change to it's opposite polarity which is in your favor. The only thing that is real is Love, everything else is illusion, so when you don't react in a negative way to negative circumstances, love prevails!
